Getting involved with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation is a great way to improve the habitat of elk and other wildlife. The RMEF has many ways to get involved, some of which are outlined below. If you are interested in joining us, get in touch with one of our volunteers.

Attend an RMEF Banquet or Event

Attending an RMEF Big Game Banquet, Hackin' for Habitat Golf Tournament, or Targeting Habitat Archery Shoot is a fantastic way to support the RMEF. You'll have a great time for a good cause. Events happen continually throughout the year. To find an event in your area, head over to the Events page.

Become an RMEF Member

Becoming an RMEF member is easy. When you attend one of our Big Game Banquets, you will become a member. You can also become a member by visiting the RMEF Membership Page. Members receive a one year subscription to Bugle, the RMEF's quarterly publication as well as other member benefits.

Volunteer with a Chapter

Volunteer with a chapter and help make an event happen! The best way to get involved with a chapter is to attend a chapter's event. At the event, many chapters offer information on how to join the chapter. Chapters are always looking for new volunteers, so don't hesitate to go! You can also get in contact with one of the volunteers and inquire about volunteering.

Volunteer with a Project

Volunteering with a project lets you get your hands dirty while helping to preserve and enhance wildlife habitat. Many volunteer opportunites exist on the Volunteer Opportunities page. Check it out!

Corporate Gift Matching

Many companies provide gift matching programs, and the RMEF qualifies for many of them. If you are interested in having your company match your donations to the RMEF, get ahold of one of the volunteers and inquire about this program.

Volunteer with ElkNet
