In order to get kids interested in the conservation message,the Oregon Leadership Team is sponsoring a coloring book drawing where kids can enter for free and will be eligible to win prizes in three age categories.

Prizes drawn by age group are:

Ages 3-5 - Friendly Faces Big Game Coat Rack and Plush elk bank (Catalog page 26);

Ages 6-9 – RMEF Wagon (Catalog page 42); and

Ages 10-12 – RMEF Hunting Watch.

All age groups are eligible for a Grand Prize – An original oil painting by artist Stormie Mullaly. This painting, shown here and also featured on the back cover of the coloring book, was done to commemorate the importance Oregon places on conservation education.

For kids to be eligible, they need to color any page from the coloring book and send it in with their name, age and phone number. Coloring books and single pages specifically for this drawing will also be available at banquets. Single pages will be at no cost to the entrant.

Drawing will be held at Oregon’s Hunter’s Bonanza at Diamond Lake on October 15, 2010 and winners will be notified by phone.
